Louisiana Teacher ARRESTED At Meeting For Asking Why School Board Got Ra...

When I watched this video of what happened to Deyshia Hargrave, a teacher in Vermilion parish in Louisiana get escorted out of a school board meeting for wondering why superintendents get a raise while teachers workload is increased by 50% and don't get a raise, it makes you wonder why teachers go through this. Ms. Hargrave asked a simple question and she was told to leave when the superintendent didn't want to hear what she had to say anymore. Then a police officer thought that no one was looking and he shoved Ms. Hargrave to the floor and manhandled Ms. Hargrave while she was on the ground handcuffing Ms. Hargrave. This incident reminded me of the nurse in Utah who was manhandled at a hospital by the police officer. This kind of stuff is happening at an all time high now. Ms. Hargrave was pointing out that superintendents get a raise and their work is not increased while teachers who make like $30,000- $45,000 (some teachers pay increased $45,000-$50,000 since 2016) a year work increases and don't get any kind of a raise. Ms. Hargrave was embarrassed and humiliated in front of all her fellow teachers, who gave Ms. Hargrave a standing ovation for her comments and the evil superintendent, who had the police officer escort Ms. Hargrave out of the school board meeting. If there were ever a time to start a GoFundMe the time would be now. Ms. Hargrave should sue the superintendent of the school and the police officer for mistreating her. The superintendent should be removed from that position who told Ms. Hargrave to leave all because he didn't like the point that Ms. Hargrave was making about superintendents giving themselves raises and teachers work increasing and not getting raises. I don't know Ms. Hargrave but by the way she represented herself have me to believe that Ms. Hargrave is "one of a kind teacher" that would do whatever it take to make sure that her students pass. When you have police officers and like that manhandling women, then you know that the police officers need to be removed from their positions. I said a mouth full but seeing Ms. Hargrave go through that ordeal was very disturbing to watch and Ms. Hargrave didn't do anything to be treated that way. My 2 Cents.
