Raiders to introduce HC Jon Gruden today | Trey Wingo and Mike Golic

Jon Gruden is signed to a 10 year deal worth $100 million dollars to coach the Oakland Raiders. Gruden would go back to his former team that traded him to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2002 that beat Gruden's former team in Super Bowl 37 in 2002. Gruden would have part ownership as well as being paid a lot of money. Gruden is a yeller, I mean he will let you know if you make a good play on the football field and Gruden AKA Chucky will also let you know if you stunk it up on the football field. Gruden has unfinished business in Oakland. Gruden will take over Jack Del Rio's team and get the right personnel in Silver & Black to compete for the AFC Divisional Title and compete in the Playoffs like when Gruden tried to do with his old Raiders team when Al Davis was the owner at the time when the Raiders went to the AFC Championship back in 2000. The last time that Gruden coached in the NFL was when Gruden's former Oakland Raiders beat the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 31-24 in Raymond James Stadium in 2008 to eliminate the Bucs from the Playoffs. Gruden have been out of football 9 years. Gruden have been a TV Announcer on Monday Night Football. I think that if Gruden can prove that he can win a Super Bowl with his old team then Gruden would add that to his resume as well like when Gruden won a Super Bowl for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Bucs haters will always use the argument that Gruden took Tony Dungy's (Former Coach of the Bucs) team to the Super Bowl and won but Dungy couldn't even win a Super Bowl with his own team that was stacked with a whole lot of talent. Bill Callahan took Gruden's old Oakland Raiders team and kept all of the plays that Gruden coached to the Super Bowl and Jon Gruden clobbered his old Raiders team 48-21. If Gruden can win the Raiders a Super Bowl in 10 years as their head coach then it was worth Gruden taking the Oakland Raiders job but if Gruden can't win the Raiders a Super Bowl then Gruden helped Jack Del Rio's team position themselves as a team that can challenge the New England Patriots by trying to put them out of the Super Bowl. Either way time will tell what Gruden would have accomplished in 10 years with the Oakland Raiders. Gruden look like a good fit but being out of coaching for 9 years does not mean instant Super Bowl contenders for the Oakland Raiders. Just My 2 Cents Raiders fans.
