New Britain Mayor explores run for governor

The rumors prove to be true about Republican Mayor Erin Stewart 30, running for Governor of Connecticut. Mayor Stewart of New Britain have been elected 3 times as Mayor (Twice being re-elected). Mayor Steward announced on Facebook that she is exploring a run as Governor of Connecticut. Mayor Stewart is the youngest woman to be elected Mayor when she was first elected at the age of 26 back in 2013. Mayor Stewart says that she is a Republican, fiscally Conservative, and Pro-Choice and understands that she will get all kinds of heat for making her announcement. This a "gutsy and perhaps risky move" on Mayor Stewart's part to put her name out there like that. The question is will there be any more bold Conservative women that will step up and say that they will run for Governor for Connecticut? The mainstream media will most likely not focus their reporting of the Conservative women running for public office like they do when Liberal women run for public office. Mayor Stewart said back in 2016 before Donald J. Trump was elected President that Mayor Stewart believes that President Trump help a lot of Republicans get in office in Connecticut. Mayor Stewart was hinting that President Trump will help make Connecticut red. Democrats have a slim 79-72 lead over the Republicans in the Connecticut House. It's like the house is split because Moderate Democrats do not like Democratic Governor Dannel P. Malloy, who not seeking a third term as Governor of the state of Connecticut (Malloy has a 29% approval rating, the worst in the nation). The Connecticut Senate is split with the Republicans and Democrats tied at 18-18. As long as the mainstream media continue their narrative hate speech toward one party (The Republican Party) while losing viewers on TV and losing subscribers online while continuing to try to convince the TV viewers and online subscribers that didn't bolt that their opinionated views that the party that they like (The Democratic Party) is who people should get behind and support. "It's time to make Connecticut great again!" We need a new Governor that have a right vision for the constitution state! My 2 Cents.
