This Fictional Story is about a woman named Eileen, a Entrepreneur from Winston-Salem, NC who have a workshop in Flint, MI where Eileen meets a successful Inventory Clerk man named Roy and they both go out for coffee and lunch and start dating each other and they travel to meet each other's future in-laws who said that they should marry each other. The 2 married couple celebrate their 30th year wedding Anniversary on St. Patrick's Day the same day that they got married.

Healthy Food
The importance of eating healthy is vital especially for those who have high blood pressure, high blood sugar, high cholesterol, and other health problems. I for one love me some good home cooked food and it's delicious but eating healthy is a way of life for me. As an active person who enjoys walking and exercising if I didn't eat any healthy food I would be out of shape, sluggish, and wouldn't inspire people who wanted to stay in shape and be active. There is nothing wrong with eating the foods that we enjoy but the same food can be prepared healthy. Healthy bars like Lara bars are really good for us. Below I'm going to mention 7 really good healthy foods.
Nutri Grain Bars
Nutri grain bars are very good healthy breakfast bars if you are on the go and don't have time to eat breakfast. Nutri grain bars are really good for traveling whether on business trips or leisure trips. These bars are good to eat for a snack as well. I didn't have these bars in a while but they will always be known as one of the best traveling healthy foods for visiting family, friends, or relatives who are out of state.
Trail Mix
Mixed nuts, fruit, and candy are a really good combination. If you ever were to want to have a healthy food to have for a snack or lunch it would be trail mix. Trail mix are really good traveling food if you are on the go like nutri grain bars or you can stay at home and enjoy them too! For those who have health challenges a lot of these healthy foods are gluten free.
Veggie Deluxe Pizza
Whether you eat Pizza for breakfast, lunch, or dinner veggie deluxe is the way to go. Say you are on a business trip for your job and it seem like you are surrounded by restaurants that have all types of unhealthy food, you have enough will power to say "thanks but no thanks" and order you a Pizza at Pizza Hut or Dominoes Pizza. You can never going wrong when you order a veggie deluxe pizza. Or if you prefer to make your own pizza then you know the ingredients that you would want for your pizza. For example mushrooms, olives, green peppers, red peppers, cheese, with or without healthy meat like ground turkey and you have something not only delicious but healthy too!
Macaroni & Cheese
Macaroni & Cheese is my favorite food. I have had both homemade mac and cheese and the box mac and cheese where you have to follow the directions. With southern food being my favorite food I prefer homemade mac and cheese, lol. I have never had healthy homemade mac and cheese but I believe will someday. Occasionally, I will mix sweet peas with the mac and cheese that I make from the box. People can put carrots, broccoli, tomatoes, etc., in their mac and cheese if they want. Mac and cheese can be made like a casserole for dinner.
Yogurt Parfait
If you are a yogurt lover like myself, then you know the different combinations that you can use to make a yogurt parfait. Vanilla or plain yogurt can be used for the following ingredients to be in your yogurt: granola, strawberries, blueberries, black berries, raspberries, nuts are optional, etc. This is good for breakfast or even as a dessert. This healthy food is delicious!
Frozen Greek Yogurt
The first time that I had Greek yogurt was maybe 3 or 4 years ago. I didn't know how good Greek yogurt would be until I tried it. Greek yogurt taste so good that I was amazed and loved Greek yogurt ever since. I've had frozen Greek yogurt that I can remember maybe once or twice and much like Greek yogurt I loved it just the same. Like Greek yogurt or yogurt, you can add berries if you want to give it more flavor. Frozen Greek yogurt is another healthy dessert that is really good!
Water
We have to water in order to survive. It's vital that we drink enough water in order to stay hydrated. For those who are not much of a water drinker you can mix water with juice to give it the taste you want. There is vitamin water for those who don't like how water taste. I'm not encouraging people to just have sugar water because they don't like the taste of water. I love cold water whether it's spring water or tap water. I personally feel that both tap water and spring water is good. This beverage is a really good thirst quencher. Whenever you come from walking, jogging, running, cycling, weightlifting, or any other exercise that help you burn calories water is a must drink. People who sweat a lot from intense exercises tend drink water and pour it all over their face.
For all the readers and bloggers who are into healthy eating people also make healthy smoothies, healthy milkshakes, healthy chips, healthy candy, etc. If you also want to have a lot of energy you are encouraged to take multi vitamins. A one a day which I have been taking for 16 years now is one of the main reasons that I'm very active. I'm a military veteran (I'm too old to re-enlist in the military) and I learned about discipline when I was in the military. These were things that helped me stay in shape. I come from a family where being in shape was not an option. My late father was always in shape and I've learned that from him. I hope that these healthy foods that was mentioned above is helpful to my readers and bloggers who want to be in shape.
