Do we really need gun control after the Las Vegas mass shooting?

Prayer's go up to the victims and the victim's family of Las Vegas shootings at the Country music festival 🙇🙇🙇

My prayers go out to the victims and their family of that Las Vegas mass shooting that took the lives of 59 people and seriously wounding 527 people. I know it's going to take time for people in Nevada to begin to heal. This took place on Sunday night October 1, 2017 at a Country music festival. With all the different mass shootings that have taken place the left wing feel that we should have strict guns laws that they feel will help prevent these mass shootings. For example, the city of Chicago have one of the strictest gun laws and the number of homicides is extremely high. Democrats famous words are, "Guns are bad we need background checks." Innocent people are losing their lives. Law abiding citizens who are licensed to carry weapons should not have their right to bear arms violated because of background checks while lunatics who already have guns are murdering innocent people. I feel that we need even tighter security. The tighter the security the less likely there will be mass shootings. Employees who are licensed to carry a weapon, if he or she owns a weapon then I feel like they should carry their weapon in a hotel. Nevada have a non-strict weapon law where anyone who is licensed can carry a weapon.

If you want to blame anyone for hyping all these mass shootings that occur, then you have to blame the liberal news media. The liberal news media is constantly advertising the mass shootings and focusing more on the mass shooters than the victims whose lives were taken or victims who were seriously injured in the shootings. We learned all about Stephen Paddock and Paddock's motives for why he shot people from the 32nd floor of Paddock's hotel room window down on the 20,000 people who were at the Country music festival outside. In my opinion, we don't want to hear about the gun man and his motives because he took innocent lives. It took a total of 9-11 minutes until the police were able to react to the shooting finding 23 weapons in Paddock's hotel room. Paddock shot and killed himself because the police had him trapped. It was really good level-headed response by everyone or else the madman would have murdered more people.

If the liberal news media for once would cover the victims who did nothing to deserve to have their lives' taken more than they do the gun man more people would believe the liberal news media. Only 34% overall believe what the liberal news media reports or says, which is at the lowest from what I understand. The liberal news media is telling things more on opinions than actual facts. The media is more biased than they have in the past, 66% of people believe that the media is deliberately biased. I think that the way the media treats President Trump reflects that.

Gun control will not prevent mass shootings. It's proven to not work in Chicago and any other states that feel like guns are the problem fail to release that it's the lunatics that get a hold to a gun committing heinous crimes is the problem. Strict gun laws make people less safe or some more panicky especially in the inner cities. I'm a big supporter of the 2nd amendment. I personally am not for carrying a weapon but I'm a big Pro-NRA supporter. I feel that those who are law abiding citizens who are licensed to own and carry a weapon should not have their 2nd amendment right to bear arms taken from them. My 2 Cents.
