It's time to stop experimenting. Tampa Bay Bucs go from having a winning record and miss the playoffs to awful each season. It's time to look at getting an elite coach. There are Bucs fans who wonder why the Bucs ever fired Jon Gruden. Bruce Allen told Gruden to draft injury prone players out of college and whenever the Bucs loss their games Allen would tell Gruden to tell the Bucs management and the reporters that it was because of the injuries (not Gruden's fault). Gruden did help the Bucs get to their first time ever trip to the Super Bowl in 2002 where the Bucs routed the Oakland Raiders 48-21, Gruden's former team in Super Bowl XXXVII. The Bucs won their first time ever Super Bowl. Gruden coached the Bucs to their first ever kick return for a touchdown in the Bucs 31 year history in 2007 when Michael Spurlock ran a kickoff return for a TD. New Orleans Saints, Atlanta Falcons, and Carolina Panthers all have winning records. Two of the 3 teams already clinched a Playoff birth and one is on the outside looking in and can get the last Wildcard spot if they can get help that team being the Atlanta Falcons. It's not Jameis Winston's fault that the Bucs are not playoff bound. It's not Doug Martin, Vincent Jackson, or Mike Evans fault that the Bucs are not playoff bound. It's ownership and management that is not bringing in the right personnel to help the Bucs compete for the NFC South Title like they used to. The NFC South is starting to look like Atlanta, Carolina, and New Orleans Title for the taken and the Bucs is looking like the Bucs of old. Bring Back Jon Gruden could be what Bucs fans want and should get. Gruden is a proven elite coach even back when Gruden coached the Oakland Raiders from 1998-2001. https://nesn.com/2017/12/nfl-rumors-jon-gruden-eyeing-bucs-head-coaching-job-if-dirk-koetter-fired/
